Securatex Ltd maintains documented policies and governance controls to ensure our security services are delivered lawfully, safely and consistently. These policies define responsibilities, escalation routes, and the minimum standards expected of employees and subcontractors. They are reviewed at defined intervals and whenever learning, incidents, regulatory change or client requirements indicate an update is required.
This page provides public-facing policy summaries for transparency and assurance. Operational work instructions (including assignment instructions, incident reporting forms and site-specific procedures) are controlled documents issued to deployed personnel as required.
Document control: All policies are subject to version control, periodic review and management sign-off. Evidence of implementation (briefings, training, supervision, audits and records) is maintained proportionate to the scope of services delivered.
